Fees apply to payments made on or before the indicated deadlines and not to the date of submission of the registration form. All prices in GB Pound Sterling: Prices do not include UK VAT – currently at 20%. VAT will be added at the time of payment.

*Group discount applies to registration fees of fee-paying delegates from the same laboratory or institution. All delegate members of a group must register and pay at the same time (cannot be combined with other offers). All discounts are available on application and cannot be applied retrospectively.
**We no longer use registration fee to serve alcohol at this event. A cash bar will be available to buy wine.
*How to get 3-for-2 discount: If you are registering three delegates via PayPal, only pay for two (eg, for 2x academic and 1x student, pay for 2x academic delegates; student comes free). If you are paying via bank transfer, we will issue an invoice which will include your discount.
