St Hilda’s College – an affiliate college of the University of Oxford – is conveniently located in Cowley Place, only at a few minutes taxi drive from Oxford train and main bus stations and within a walking distance of the centre of the town and the St Clement’s bus stop. See below for a map:
How to find St Hilda’s College
St Hilda’s College has good disabled access and facilities.
By Car: The College has no parking facilities for visitors, therefore we strongly recommend that you travel by public transport or use Oxford Park & Ride services, which run into the city centre from five car parks around the edge of the city. Further information about Park & Ride car parks is available on the City of Oxford website.
By Coach/Bus: The Oxford Tube and Oxford Express, run frequent coach services from London Victoria. Please ask the driver to drop you at the Queen’s Lane/High Street bus stop, which is opposite the College.
By Air: For overseas visitors, the most convenient airport for Oxford is London Heathrow. The Airline bus service offers frequent coach services from London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports. These also stop at St Clements Street stop, which is only at a few minutes’ walk from the College. Oxford is well served by National Express coach services from all over the country.
By Train: Oxford offers train connections with London, Birmingham, the South Coast and Northern England and many other parts of the country. For further information about rail travel please contact National Rail Enquiries. If arriving by train, the College is about 15-20 minutes’ walk from the station.
