Eligibility
You are eligible if you are a researcher or innovator under 40 years of age with a primary affiliation to a legal entity located in a COST ITC or Near Neighbour Country (NNC). These countries are Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt Estonia, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Jordan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
How to apply
To apply, please register an account with the e-COST system at https://e-services.cost.eu/
After your account has been set up you can log into the e-COST system, click the Grant Applications tab, and then click on the Apply for Grant button. Then choose from the menu ITC Conference grant, and fill out all fields of the application form. In the COST Action field choose CA19144 – European Venom Network.
Alongside this online application form you also need to prepare supporting information in separate documents that need to be uploaded into the e-COST system as part of the application process. The supporting information includes:
- A filled out application template Word document, a link to which you can find in the Grant Awarding user guide that can be downloaded here: https://www.cost.eu/
funding/documents-guidelines/. - Copy of the abstract of the accepted oral or poster presentation
- Acceptance letter from the conference organisers for your talk or poster
- Other documents required by the Action
Submitted applications will be evaluated on rolling monthly basis.
