Staying at St Hilda’s College
St Hilda’s College can offer bed & breakfast student rooms to the conference delegates. Please contact Ms Ayesha Solangi (aysha.solangi@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk) or Ms Sarah Brett, (sarah.brett@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk) for further information regarding accommodation booking. If you are having difficulty in reaching the college by email, you can also contact the Conferences Office by telephone on +44(0)1865 276888. Please request your WiFi code for use at the college and any other information (e.g., breakfast arrangements, checkout time, etc.) at the time of your accommodation booking.
Staying at Other Oxford Colleges
Several other Oxford colleges (including, The Queen’s College, The University College, Balliol College, Trinity College and Keble College) also offer private accommodation during the spring term break. Please contact the college administration directly for further information. Participating colleges are listed on the following website:

Other Places to Stay
There are several hotels and B&Bs on a few minutes walking distance from St Hilda’s College, for example, in Iffely Road, St Clement’s Street and High Street. However, please note that March/April is a busy time of the year and accommodation can be difficult to find and can also be expensive, if not booked early.
Based on poor feedback from past delegates we strongly advise that you avoid Cherwell Guest House, 137 Iffley Road (previously Nanford Guest House).
Below is a selection of websites that give further information about places to stay in Oxford. Participants are responsible for making direct contact with the accommodation providers.
