We welcome abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission is considered for a review.

Use this link to submit your abstract:
- If you have already registered and paid your fee
- If you have not yet paid, but you want to submit your abstract for pre-approval. Please note that your registration fee must be paid in full by the abstract submission deadline for your presentation, whether oral or poster, to be formally considered.
- You are an invited speaker
- You have been specifically asked to submit via the link
Abstract submission policies:
- The submitter must be listed as the first or last author and will receive all communications on behalf of co-authors
- Upload your abstract as a single file, named as follows: Example: Jones-Ven25 for Dr David Jones
- Do not submit scanned images or PDF files – these will not be considered
- Avoid generic filenames like Oxford -abstract, venoms-abstract, etc. Such generic names are only for your own use, but not for submission to the conference.
- Abstracts must be under 2000 characters (with spaces), excluding title, authorship, and contact details
- Do not include subheadings, paragraphs, images, or references
- Abstract acceptance does not imply financial support
- Limited support is available for invited academic speakers only
- All other presenters must register as fee-paying delegates
