We provide a personal, friendly and professional event management service, tailored to your needs. We can organise your event every step of the way – from setting up a website to on-site management. We will find you a selection of venues to suit your needs, liaise with the venues, hire equipment, provide technical support, and provide a team to run your event.
We provide three levels of services depending upon the location of your event:
Level 1: Service we can provide for your event in Oxford:

Over the past ten years, our main event organising activity has been concentrated at Oxford. So we have unrivalled knowledge and specialist experience of organising events here, in particular at University of Oxford and its affiliate Colleges. We will work with you to take all the strain and stress of organisation away from you, to make your event memorable and to give you the complete peace of mind so that you could enjoy and spend your intellectual energies positively.

o Gala dinner and social activities, e.g, city/college tours, punting, plays, museums, etc
o Event document design and printing
o Delegate packs, including site documentation, branded lanyards, tote bags and delegate name badges
o Post-event evaluation, certificates of attendance and other official documents for delegates
o Production of post-event documents, proceedings and DVDs
o Post-event publication – online and print
Site management including:
o On-site delegate registration and staffing
o Backdrop arrangements and site preparation, including IT/AV equipment and WiFi
o Hiring and installation of data projection and AV/IT equipment
o Event recording – video and audio
o Poster display and management of poster sessions
o Assist exhibitors/sponsors in setting up their stands
o Carry out still photography and video recording of the event
o Clear out after the event
Level 2: Services we can provide in the UK outside Oxford:

To-date the main thrust of our conference organisational activity has been within the UK. We are however, confident that based on our diverse and transferable skills, which we have acquired over the past decade, and our international links in academic and industrial sectors, we can provide several services internationally from our Oxford base, such as:
