Case Study 7: Small-sized event –  The publisher contracted us to manage their editorial board meeting at Oxford for ~25 participants, held over half-a-day.

Tasks:

To partially manage a half-day non-residential editorial board meeting for ~25 participants at Oxford:

o For approximately ~25 participants
o Held over half a day
o With dinner and refreshments

The customer wanted us to:

o Find an appropriate venue for the meeting
o Liaise with the venue and assist with catering, menus, etc
o Site preparation, IT/AV equipment and WiFi

Conclusion:
