Fee Structure

The fees may change/increase any time without prior notice, and apply to payments made on or before the indicated deadlines and not to the date of submission of the registration form.

All prices in GB Pound Sterling.

Early registration fee for in-person attendance

>Full-time Student (with ID): £180
>Academic/Hospital: £270
>Industry/Solution Provider: £420
>Additional Abstracts (each): £30 (one abstract per registered delegate is free)
>Digital Certificate of Participation: £30

Included in the Registration Fee:

• In-person access to the conference sessions, networking and any exhibition
• Digital delegate pack
• WiFi access (via delegate’s own electronic device)
• Refreshments and lunch
• Publication of one abstract in the conference handbook

Not Included in the Registration Fee:

• Accommodation
• Digital Certificate of Attendance
• Travel
• Anything else not explicitly stated
