The conference will be hosted at St Edmund Hall (University of Oxford). However, please note that the conference and LPMHealthcare do not have any formal association with St Edmund Hall or the University of Oxford.

Phishing alert: A few speakers have been contacted by scammers in the past to offer them accommodation. We have no association with any such organisation/company (such as ops@travellerpoint.org or any other travel/accommodation agency), so any emails from them are unsolicited. We suggest that you do not respond to their emails, click any links in the emails, or send them any personal or card information.

Furthermore:

• We will never contact you via telephone.
• We will not ask you for your bank or card details.
• We do not take payments over the telephone. The only way to make card payments is via the registration form.

There are several hotels and B&Bs on a few minutes walking distance from St Edmund Hall, for example, in the Oxford High Street, Abingdon Road, Iffely Road, and St Clement’s Street. However, please note that March/April is a busy time of the year and accommodation can be difficult to find and can also be expensive, if not booked early.
