UK visa requirements

Participants are responsible for obtaining a UK visa if required. Please note that visa processing times vary significantly by region and may take up to three months or longer. We strongly recommend applying well in advance.

Be sure to check for any national or international travel restrictions related to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases that may affect your journey. For detailed guidance, please contact your local British Consulate.

We are happy to provide a letter confirming attendance once we have received your completed registration form and payment. (Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.)
