The conference will be hosted at St Edmund Hall (University of Oxford). However, please note that LPMHealthcare and the conference have no formal affiliation with St Edmund Hall or the University of Oxford. The venue is being used solely for hosting purposes.
Scam Alert – Unsolicited Accommodation Offers
We have been made aware that several of our speakers have received fraudulent emails offering accommodation for our event. Please note that we have no affiliation with any travel or accommodation agency, including but not limited to: ops@travellerpoint.org; support@royal-visit.com; reservations@royal-visit.com; operation@gtravelmanagement.com; phone numbers: (+44) 208 0808439 / (+1) 833 833 2107, etc. These communications are unsolicited and likely fraudulent. We strongly advise that you:

- DO NOT click on any links
- DO NOT share personal or payment information
If you have any doubts or receive suspicious messages, please contact us directly. Your safety and privacy are our top priority.
Furthermore:
- We will never contact you via telephone.
- We will not ask you for your bank or card details.
- We do not take payments over the telephone.
- The only way to make card payments is via the registration form.
