Why is there a charge for attending this conference virtually?

NB: NB: We cannot guarantee that live streaming of this conference will be free from any technical glitches and interruption, as we will be using third party software and venue. Thus, we strongly discourage virtual attendance of this conference, in particular if you are a UK attendee. By registering to attend this conference virtually, you confirm that you understand, acknowledge and accept this risk. Furthermore, you also acknowledge that due to the time difference, you may not be able to attend all presentations and that recordings of only a small selection of presentations will be made available ~12 weeks after the conference.
