Fees apply to payments made on or before the indicated deadlines and not to the date of submission of the registration form. All prices in GB Pound Sterling:  Prices do not include UK VAT – currently at 20%. VAT will be added at the time of payment.

Late and On-site Registration: After 15th July 2020

>Networking Dinner (**): £45 plus UK VAT
>Additional Abstracts (each): £45 plus UK VAT

*Group discount applies to registration fees of fee-paying delegates from the same laboratory or institution.

All delegate members of a group must register and pay at the same time (cannot be combined with other offers).

All discounts are available on application and cannot be applied retrospectively.

**We no longer use registration fee to serve alcohol at this event. A cash bar will be available to buy wine.

*How to get 3-for-2 discount: If you are registering three delegates via PayPal, only pay for two (eg, for 2x academic and 1x student, pay for 2x academic delegates; student attends free). If you are paying via bank transfer, we will issue an invoice which will include your discount. In both case we must receive the payment by the advertise deadline.
