Abstract Submission Policies:
Please note the following abstract submission policies.
>All abstracts submitted for consideration MUST be prepared using the provided ABSTRACT TEMPLATE. Do not change the format in anyway, including, the font typeface, size and left justification. Upload all information as a single file using the link below. Save your abstract file, e.g., for Dr David Jones, as Jones-INF2015. Abstracts not submitted using the template and saved as recommended will not be considered. Furthermore, scanned image or a PDF file will not be considered.
>The person submitting the abstract will be the first or the last author and will receive all communications regarding their abstract. You may submit more than one abstract. However, only one abstract per registered delegate is free; additional abstracts will be charged at £50 per abstract (plus the UK Value Added Tax, currently at 20%). If you are submitting multiple abstracts, please ensure to specify on each abstract whether it is for oral or poster presentation.
>Please ensure that your abstract does not exceed 2000 characters with spaces (excluding title, authorship and contact/email information). Longer abstracts will not be considered.
>Please do not include subheadings, paragraphs, images or references.
>Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically imply commitment to financial support for the presenter. Limited financial support is available for invited academic speakers only. Industrial and non-invited speakers/poster presenters are expected to register as fee-paying delegates.
>You may submit your abstract for pre-approval; however, your registration fee must be paid in full and your abstract received by the advertised deadlines to be formally accepted for a presentation.
Before completing the registration form please ensure that your browser and computer settings allow ‘form submission’ and ‘file upload’. We strongly recommend that after submitting your form you send us a brief email on FluOxford@gmail.com to inform us of the submission.
