Attending the conference virtually – Zoom links
Below are the details for attending the conference via Zoom, which you can access even if you have registered to attend in-person.
When you join the meeting, you will be automatically placed in the waiting room, and will be admitted to the meeting manually against the list of registered participants that we hold. Therefore, it is important that your joining name is the same as your last name, or as it appears on your registration form/invoice – please DO NOT use your initials or nicknames as you may not be admitted to the meeting.
Furthermore, if you are attending in-person, please consider bringing an electronic device to access the conference online. This will allow you to also interact with those attending and presenting virtually (e.g., via the Zoom chat box).

DISCLAIMERS:
All information contained in or arising from oral or poster presentations, written abstracts, biographies, or related materials (collectively, the “Materials”) is supplied by the respective authors, presenters, or contributors. The event organisers and hosts (collectively, the “Organisers”) do not independently review, verify, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any such Materials, which are provided strictly on an “as is” basis. Responsibility for the literary, scientific, and legal content of the Materials shall rest solely with the relevant authors and presenters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers expressly disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise (including, without limitation, loss of business, profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings), arising out of or in connection with reliance upon, use of, or participation in the event, the Materials, or any related services.
The Organisers further disclaim any representation or warranty as to the generation of business opportunities or profits through participation in the event. The Organisers shall not be liable for any infringement of third-party rights arising from the inclusion of Materials by presenters, participants, sponsors, supporters, or exhibitors. No warranty or guarantee is made as to the minimum number of attendees, whether virtual or in person.
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage, including but not limited to health, travel, and personal property insurance, in connection with their attendance at the event. The event Organisers accept no responsibility or liability for personal accidents, medical expenses, travel costs, loss of or damage to personal property, or any related claims arising from participation in the event.
Participants shall be liable for, and shall indemnify the Organisers against, any loss or damage caused to the venue or the property of the Organisers, the venue, or third parties arising out of their acts or omissions.
Due to the international nature of the event, the Organisers cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed to communicable diseases, or health risks while attending the event in person. Participation is undertaken at the sole risk of the attendee.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover any potential losses or expenses arising from infectious diseases or other unforeseen circumstances. Such insurance should include, but is not limited to, coverage for illness, quarantine, event cancellation, travel disruption, accommodation expenses, and any other related contingencies.
