Cancellation

Cancellations Charges:

1. Up to 31 May 2015: 20% administration charge (minimum £110 + VAT).
2. 01 June – 05 July 2015: 40% administration charge (minimum £150 + VAT).
3. We regret that we are unable to refund after 05 July 2015.
4. We will deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund in addition to the administrative charges.
5. This cancellation policy applies to registration fee and meal bookings.
6. Participants should approrpiate insurance cover, in case they have to cancel their attendance of the event due to medical reasons.
7. We warmly welcome substitute delegates at any time. However, please let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
8. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference (also see Clause 9 below), the maximum liability shall be limited to full refund of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the conference organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia or any individuals affiliated with the conference or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may also deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
9. If the cancellation of the conference is caused by a natural disaster, a disease epidemic or pandemic, industrial action, war or act of terrorism, the maximum liability to us shall be limited to 75% of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the conference organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia or any individuals affiliated with the conference or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
